Writer: Shahar BahatShahar Bahat

As product managers, it's time to get serious about tracking our progress and measuring our success. We need accurate KPIs and proper documentation to identify areas for improvement and reach our goals. But how do we do it? The answer is simple: we need to track everything!

From planning and execution times to release and sprint durations, we can and should track every aspect of our product development. This includes documenting every step, saving data in a scalable manner, and creating smart statistics to measure progress.

So, what are some other ways to track all this data? Here are a few tips:

1. Use project management tools to track progress and assign tasks

2. Documenting every step - Encourage team members to take detailed notes and log their progress

3. Saving all data in a scalable & easy to use manner

4. Use centralized platforms to work in the same place

5. Implement a bug tracking system to monitor and fix issues

6. Use analytics tools to measure usage and user engagement

7. Conduct regular surveys and gather feedback from stakeholders and customers

By embracing this approach to tracking and documenting everything, we can make informed decisions, identify areas for improvement, and reach our goals. So let's make it happen!

There's nothing that can't be measured, and as product managers, it's our responsibility to track everything.
